[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — unauthorized paid service for no signal complaints

Dear sir/madam,
I have a videocon d2h connection (Id: [protected]) using for the last 5 years. There are many times the service interrupted and technicians come after calling to customer service where we have to pay inr 200 at every time they come. This has become a norm and we never know they are purposefully making this issue to collect extra money from the customers. Four days back the signal lost and i had called them for checking the issue, they said again the technician has to come and check, for that u have to pay inr 200 as a service charge. I said its a signal trouble u will have to correct it without paid by the customers to serve us better. And that is not written in any agreements, i want to understand whether this is legally approved by the ministry for organizations like them to earn extra by killing public. Even the local cable dealers won't charge anything apart from their product charge, their service is free. Please look into my concern and i believe this is not my concern alone. A lot of poor families who never know where to reach out are also struggling the same issue. I trust to make india a corruption free, then we will have to start from such normal public issues, this is where the public visibility resting.

I Recharge every month recharge but no this time channel is vision
star sport paid channel I have no recharge
but dd1 natinioal no vision but tis channel is free chanel

We would like to inform you that as per the Supreme court orders, DTH platforms have been barred from showing major sporting actions, retransmitted through DD channels, DD national in this case To continue watching the sporting event, kindly switch to Star Sports 1, Star Sports Hindi 1, Star Sports 1 HD or Star Sports Hindi 1 HD.
