My customer id is[protected]. I have subscribed for the celebration pack kerala valued at rs. 298/- per month.
Starting from 1 august 2018, i was being unable to view some of my main channels like hbo, wb, pogo, cartoon network, etc.
Initially i thought it maybe some technical issue but when the problem persisted i contacted videocon d2h customer care for clarification.
I became aware that it was done deliberately from their end without any intimation to me. They told me that if i want to see those channels again, i'll have to pay for them separately.
I had subscribed taking all the channels in consideration in the package. So anytime in between, if they're removing any channels from my pack, then either they should compensate me by giving some other similar channels or they should reduce my subscription amount.
They are doing neither. And if this is allowed to continue then again after a couple of months, they'll remove some more channels and so on. Finally i'll be just left with the pack with no channels. Are they really following unfair trade practices? Was this information helpful? |
