Videocon D2H — Unothorised deduction of amount in the name of HD pack which was started as a trial

On Date 12/2/2015 a phone call from your side I received in which your representative told me about HD pack and he request to see the trial pack for one week. But I was surprised to see that without my permission HD pack started from12/2/2015 and amount deducted. After lodging complaint to your customer care center I could change my normal super gold pack.
