Pathetic service by Videocon D2H. Customer ID 96285625 Complaint was registered on 2nd Oct for Signal Not Available. SLA was given 24 hrs but so far it is not rectified.Every time I call, they register new complaint and again say that it will be resolved in 24 hrs.
