[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Worst product quality and cheating by service engineer | |||||
My Custmer ID 7464377, I am really fed up and cheated by M/s Videocon D2h in the name of providing filthy services. Among many disgusting activities, this last one has prompted me to stop this connection and tell others not to use videocon. In Sep. 2015 there was a signal problems, so they costed me to change the Camera on the Dish. In October again the same problem occured and after so much follow ups, they send one engineer on my confirmation that "I" will pay them for this service to check the problem and it was found that it was due to the improper installation of camera earlier. In December again, I started getting No signal errors, daily. Again I had to call up for the Engineer. The Engineer came and suggested to change the Set top box. I already changed 3 times in last four years. This means they provide the WORST QUALITY OF PRODUCTS which work for a year and then start giving problems. They insisted me a lot to buy the product again for Rs 1000. I denied to buy. CHEATING - The Engineer stolen the UNIQUE code and DELIGHT code by getting message on D2H satellite box in TV. This is a private code which we get on mobiles, and can be provide only if we are satisfied with the service. This type of CHEATING done by service Engineers.
