[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — worst service by videocon d2h setup box

I had raised many complaints regarding my product setup box not working properly thats why i ordered a upgrade product in hd.
But videocon d2h company executive and customer care had usually laying with me and given time after time now i m getting very frustrated.
It about 3-4 days almost passed when i requested to upgrade the same but its not getting upgraded till now after many assurance from company side or executive. Its is very shameful act by company person, i request to you to please make a massive penalty on this company because they always making false statement and their service after sale is worse.
