[Resolved]  Vigneshwara Developers Pvt Ltd — March 2014 cheque was bounced and construction work at sector 74 not started at all

I have invested as NRI customer 58 lakhs rupees with Vigneshawara developer during the month July 2013 and paid all money through NRI account and also paid service tax and once came to know that they did not pay service tax to the government and owner was behind the bars then i started contacted other investors and at the same time July 2014 cheque was also bounce and later they did not pay rest of PDC. they issued PDC but all PDC were bounced and FIR was done. if no strict action will be taken against cheater and this builder then it is discouraging and mistrust for all NRI to invest in India
My concern is that we did not invest for financial company to just take PDC but builder should provide construction on ground and instead not started any construction activities.So far builder has no firm plan and builder is not serious to start to start of construction and builder has to return the money with interest as he is using our money for other purposes other than construction.Best Regards Shaista Bi W/O Parvez A Khan, civil engineer, Saudi Arabia..[protected]

I have invested 13 lakh rupees with Vigneshawara developer during the on 5th November, 2010 and paid all money. In Feb 2014 they demanded servcie tax, I paid that too. However, I am not getting assured return from Vigneshwara developers from March 2014. I have not give cheques for whole year. Moreover all the cheques since may 2014 are getting bounced.
