[Resolved]  Vijay Battery Traders — To return the piece and refund the full amount

A complaint against dealer who had becomes cheat to myself by sold a bad piece of inverter & battery

I haresh nagdev hereby reqested u to please take necessary action agaist dealer ( vijay battery trader ) shop no.788/a, near petrol pump, section-17, ulhasnagar-421004. Mobile no.[protected]
He had becomes cheat to myself by sold a bad piece of inverter & battery on 10/06/14 of rs.17500 /-. He gives gaurantee of 8 hours backup and 2 computers runs on this inverter & battery and when lite off then the 2 computers will not becomes off they running continuesly on because the inverter is ups sebz model but there is the problem of computer becomes off when lite off and also 6 hours backup only, i cheked this problems in bitween 2 days and i gived complaint of that on 12/06/14 and i said replace the piece to new one, then he said the stock is not awailable now so i first gives this complaint to company after that i can change the piece to new one. He gives complaint to the company but the company not provided the service after that he said i promise u that i replace the piece till last date upto 24/06/14 but failes the promise therfore he is the cheaterman, so i cant purchase the piece from a cheaterman and i want to return the piece and refund the full amount back.
