Myself Saneesh, I am writing this complaint letter regarding the Yamaha Vijay Motors, Perumbavoor. I am having a Yamaha FZs and met with an accident on 4th Feb 2022 and the vehicle was not yet serviced yet. I had remitted the advance payment for spare booking on 24th Feb 2022 and the spare manager Mr.Jojo was very much irritating and not a maintaining a customer relationship . As of now they are not bothered about my vehicle and just informed as they will update on the next working day as their staff were on leave. Was this information helpful? |
