I have purchased one 43 inch Amstrad LED TV Model no. AM43UG11Nxt vide Invoice no.CH-E-SIF911 dt.[protected]. This brand was finalised after much convincing by Chembur Showroom Sales staff as value for money product based on assurance that this Brand is owned by Vijay Sales and there will be no issues in after sales services.The product was delivered as per schedule confirmed at the time of purchase.
When the Service Engineer came for installation, he demanded that the TV Table has to be modified, which we did the next day. However when we informed him that the TV Table has been modified and he can come and install the TV, he demanded Rs.600/- as repeat visit charges.This was informed to Vijay Sales customer care no.[protected] which the customer care team promptly noted and assured that the Service Engineer will come on 26th April before 8.00pm and he will complete installation without any charges. We got the call also from Service Engineer that he will come o 26th April 2024 before 4am but no-one turned up till today i.e. Sunday, 28th April 2024.
Request you to please look into the matter and help for Installation of TV at the earliest to maintain customer satisfaction and Brand image.
