Vijay TV had unfairly changed the rules without informing the viewer on the selection of supersinger junior 4 winner. Vijay TV published that the winner will be selected by public vote. However, the details of public voting was hidden and the winner was selected by Vijay TV. They could not even reveal the individual votes that each contestant received. Viewers spend their time and money in voting via SMS and online and the results was announced without revealing the votes at all. Vijay TV had even told that they had received over 1.5 crore votes but they avoided revealing the individual votes. Under the consumer act, this is unlawful and vijay TV should be brought under justice.
