Vijaya Diagnostic Centre — Denial of service and negative attitude by the staff

Vijaya Diagnostics Center MD/ CEO seems to running this lab for just making a lot of money but when it comes to providing the service THEY FEEL THAT THEY ARE GIVING IT FREE OF COST AND CAN HARASS THE CUSTOMERS/ PATIENTS IN A BIG WAY.

There is no provision even to escalate an issue at the next level about an employee. I have been trying to call the Ameerpet Center (at least I would have called 100 times[protected] and couple of numbers which I found via Google. The calls are never attended too and even if they pick up the phone, INTENTIONALLY THEY DISCONNECT IT.

Fortunately I was able to get the Manager’s number and when I told her about this issue she said that the same employee has to attend to the patients/ customers to provide information and it would be difficult for them to attend the phone calls. Why then HAS THE CONTACT NUMBERS PROVIDED ON THE WEBSITE.

I WISH THERE IS A MESSAGE STATING THAT THE CALLS WILL NOT BE ATTENDED BY THE EMPLOYEE(S) BUT IF YOU HAVE ANY QUERY, EACH TIME ONE HAS TO GO DIRECTLY TO THE CENTER and clarify it instead of calling the number.

When I called[protected]on Google it says that it is the CEO’s number) but it lands at the Himayat Nagar Center and the first time I called the female employee picked up my call as I had some query (as I could not get the required information from Ameerpet Center) and it is so unfortunate that from second time onwards even when I called the above number (Himayat Nagar Center), no one picked up the phone.

How come the lab gets only the amount and does not even have the courtesy to inform or pick up the phone to keep us informed if the results are ready or not. Is it that we need to go to the center and LITERALLY BEG FOR THE REPORT AND KEEP QUITE EVEN PAYING THE AMOUNT?

In case I tell the person at the counter before going for a test that I CANNOT PAY THE AMOUNT AS I HAVE RUN OUT OF MONEY OR WILL PAY LATER WILL THEY ALLOW FOR THE TEST TO BE CONDUCTED? I DON’T THINK SO.

As per the RTI act I am supposed to be provided proper information and also, proper service for the amount that I have paid and THIS LAB DOES NOT ADHERE TO EITHER OF THEM PROPERLY BUT ONLY CHASES MONEY ALL THE TIME.

I feel that THE MD/ CEO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THESE NEGATIVE ATTITUDE THE EMPLOYEE HAVE. I think that the CEO is under the impression that he can harass the customers in his own way by only getting the money and dictate terms and conditions as if we work under him. May be he feels HAPPY BY HARASSING THE CUSTOMERS AND ENCOURAGES THE EMPLOYEES TO MEET THE TARGET OF HARASSING THE CUSTOMERS AS WELL EACH DAY BY SETTING THE TARGET.

He is NOT GOD AND IF HE FEELS THAT HE CAN HARASS CUSTOMERS IN THIS MANNER, I WILL PRAY TO GOD THAT HE IS PUNSHINED AND REALIZES ONE DAY AS TO HOW HE AND HIS EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN HARASSING THE CUSTOMERS AND THAT HE IS NOT GOD.

It is so sad that these kinds of CEO/ people chase money only and feel so happy by harassing the customers even not knowing that the customers are also HUMANS like them.
