Today we got an appointment for a neuro doctor for my mother. We have already booked an appointment before 4 days. We came here by 10 am, we haven't seen the doctor till 2.10.pm. The most frustrating part is attender is not approchable and keep on repeating the same answer. Wait we will call you sir. There is no proper order, we do not know whether it is first come or based on appointment. People are very aged and coming from a long distance.
