Vijaya Hospital — Regarding charging higher amount without giving bills | |||
My friend has admitted to Vijaya Hospital, Vadapalani Tamilnadu on 02.02.2014, 13:35 PM and discharge on 04.02.2014, 18:00 PM. But they have sent the bill to my insurance company stating the date of admission from 01.02.2014. They have charged extra amount from my insurance company . They have prepred the final bill of Rs.16433 during my friend's discharge time. My insurance company has approved Rs.15901 and asked us to pay remaining 532 amount as cash. i agree with this payment of Rs.532. But Hospital billing manager is asking us to pay 4850 rs extra and for that he will not give us any bill. He will give us bill of Rs.16433 only. Was this information helpful? | |||
