Vijaya Raja — Not handing over the flat even after complete payment.

Hi,

I am holding flat (newly purchased) at vijaya raja exurb, thirupoor, but after making full payment they keep asking payments for MOD which is not told initially and now they are trying to get these amounts.

Also, flat is huge delay and 2 months back i went to the apartment and found that there is no main door and toilet, and entire house was totally used, toilet is really pathetic, i asked for the replacement of the closets but they denied. Again, i went last month but house is even more pathetic, past 2 months i mailed them Mutiple times and called them many times but there is no proper response. now, they are saying old closets are removed and asking me to come on 11 th march they will replace with the new one and again they will take 20 days for noc. they are already removed the old even though i said not to remove without my presence. now they are trying to cheat that they cleaned the old one and going replace the same after some acid wash. i dont want this flat and need a complete refund with intrest. kindly help...
