Vijayshanthi Builders — Non completion of the work

My son have booked a flat in 2011, @Bueleward project construction by Vijayshanthi builders.They have to handed over my flat by Dec2013.But till now they have completed only 50%of the work. Neither they accept for compensetion and not showing much interest in completing the project
