I have been following up with mseb since last two months to change the meter because monthly bill is showing faulty meter. My flat is lying vacant for last 6-7 months and hence cannot check whether meter is working or faulty. Further the meter reading shown on meter and on the bill is completely different. I am following up with mseb personnel and he says that he has not received the new meters till date, i believe this excuse isn't valid i request you to kindly change the meter at the earliest as the meter isn't in use.
