There are 46 flats in vimal park co-op. Hos. Society ltd. Phase-1 of seven storey building. Society is not maintained well and one lift which is found always not working. I stay in 7th floor and hence its difficult for us to do up and down at all the time using stairs. Also in case of any medical emergency it would be hard to manage the situation. Chairman, secretary and other members do not pay attention to look on it and few society resident do not pay monthly maintenance fees as desired so it gets difficult to run society as per need.
Secondly chairman, secretary and other member is no proactive for this matter and resulted all have been facing severe problem to accommodate this society.
In this context it needs to intervene from govt. Agencies and local authority so as to society can have healthy life.
Pleas let you know society does not conduct election since last 7 yrs to choose new chairman, secretary etc.
