Vinayaka University — completed bca from vinayaka dlp in 2007, not getting degree certificate.

I am ved prakash sharma, and completed bca from vinayaka mission distance education in april, 2007 with the registration number: a5168sa002, but i did not apply for the degree certification.
In 2015, i have applied for it and send an application with draft of rs 1025 but no luck, please please please help me to get it done, i require it very badly.
