Sir,
I made the payment of bihar police form fees on 18 august 2017 of amount rs.520.80 through citruspay. After few second screen showed that payment unsuccessful due to an error but money got debited from my bank account.
They said that"your payment show failure" after that i contacted my bank on verification they found that amount is settled to merchant bank (Citruspay). So please credit back my money on bank account.
