Vip Bags — Aristocrat Trolley

On Mar 05, 2022, I submitted my trolley bag at Vishal Mega Mart - "Sodepur Barasat Road, Opp. SANAI MARRIAGE HALLBADAMTALA, Harish Nagar, Madhyamgram, Kolkata, West Bengal 700130" for replacing all the wheels since the bag was under valid warranty. You may also verify the register which has my details regarding the trolley at the entrance gate.
The Warranty was valid until Mar 14, 2022. I was assured that it would be repaired under warranty and it would take around 15-20 days.

Since Apr 2022, I have been promptly following up to know the current status on my trolley.
However, I didn't get any positive response/feedback from Vishal executives till date.

I am currently in Hyderabad because I work here. My parents are in Kolkata. They keep asking me and I am tired of calling you to know the real status.
It's already over 8 months (Mar 05, 2022 to Nov 08, 2022) and still no valid status on my bag.

Now, Vishal Mega Mart is asking me to complaint to VIP and they are not liable for the delay.

I, as a general consumer, what should I do in order to get my bag?
If you are unable to resolve my issue, kindly refund the amount of my bag.

I am very disappointed with your service. This is not the way to treat any of your customers.
Hope you'll try to improve the relationship.
