In October 10 th 2021 I got a call from Robinson his number is

He is a agent in sunil team and he spoke to me regarding a plot available in vip Abhiviruti near singaperumal kovil junction. i told him i will try to purchase the plot if loan is not approved please refund the full money. he said we will refund the money fully and it is not company policy to keep customers money with them. so i gave them 25, 000. not due to certain reasons i couldnt take the loan. so i called Robinson many times. he is not picking the call. i messaged him, he didnt reply

After that 21 I directly visit office and give plot cancellation letter to Mr sunil no.[protected] . He said with five days we will processed. Till now I am not getting refund my money

I am physically challenged person. I worked hard and getting money. I have some basic saving amount so that i plan to 30℅ pay from my end remains apply loan. But unfortunately my grandmother hospitalised due to health issues. So i spend my savings money secure my grandmother.

So that i was unable to pay 30% margin amount so that my loan was cancelled by bank. After booking 7th day i informed to Robinson. He is not respond me. 10th day I directly visit office and handover letter to Mr sunil General Manager he said we will refund the money fully and it is not company policy to keep customers money with them.

Till nearly 45 days is over still I am not getting money

I am poor family I don't have money so that I quit my deal. Physically challenged person
I have many problems in persional level

Please help me big heart people
