Purchased new flowless eyebrow shaper i'd vds256097 by placing order on 29 nov 2019 @799oeeb and received on 8 dec 2019 after receiving i checked by switched on and motor was working humming sound was coming by i didn't check whether eye brow treating my fault. Today in lockdown period i thought that i will see how machine works and not a single hair removed so i read the pamphlet and checked machine to my surprise motor was rotating but contact bet tip and motar was missing i felt very bad machine is working but as motar is rotating but without any function as white component c is missing as mentioned in pamphlet please try to solve my complaint.
