Bought a steam iron and payed online, within 15 min i mailed to cancell the order and request for a refund. And also called for the same. But such a fraud company that they didnt even acknowledge the mail and after two days said u cant get a refund as we have already dispatched. Inspite of everything they sent the product and are not responding to the mails or the calls. Filin case in consuer court. Total fraud company dont ever buy from here.

I had made an order of 2000 from viral deals and they have sent all fake, reused and not non-working products.

Now they are not responding to the mails or providing refund.

I had ordered a back corrector and when I got the delivered it was pathetic. Dirty stain all over it and it wasn't the same how it had showed on the net. I have proof of it. I emailed them and they are now delaying it per mail per day.
