Dear Sir,
I Booked Refurbished Redmi note 4 on viral Deal site on the[protected] with order number #[protected] & paid the amount 2749/- by debit card. it was dispatched on[protected] via docket [protected] by Aramex courier.

But, I had received Maxfone opal-11 worth 900/- mobile against this order on[protected]. This really cheating with me. After that i Had booked it for return on the site on[protected] & they sent the replay mail that it will picked up within 08 days. But till date nothing happened & the customer care number given on site is also always found not reachable..
