[Resolved] VISA BILL PAY — VISA Bill Pay Payment Not Received by Biller MTNL - Txn ID:[protected]

I made payment via VISA to Biller "MTNL Mumbai" on 27th May 2014. I started getting payment reminder calls from MTNL on 2nd June. So i emailed [protected]@billdesk.com
I got the below reply

This is with reference to your e-mail dated 02.06.2014, regarding status of your payment.
As confirmed with the biller, this payment has been updated at the billers end on 29.05.2014.
We hope the above-mentioned information is helpful and serves the purpose.

But i called MTNL Customer Care, they said the payment is not received.
I emailed VISA Three times to provide me some identification which i can communicate with MTNL but they gave me the same above response. On 4th June also i get same reply.
There is nothing i can do. I feel helpless because there is no accountability at VISA BILLPAY
I also called BillDesk and they said that VISA BillPay is not their direct contract, so asked me to email on [protected]@billdesk.com. This is even worst because from last 32 they didnt even reply me.
This is causing mental torture to me.
Help...

I enquired today in MTNL and the amount got deposited. Also there is one thing to learn from all this is that never trust a online service only with a email support.
