I am writing this mail to bring to your attention the utmost negligence and unprofessional attitude of your staff Priya Sharma who was my case officer for Canada migration.
I got my invitation for express entry 2 months back and today was the last day to submit my profile. Initially my case was handled by Mr Rajeev and after Priya took over, she literally kept asking each and every document again and again without even checking the already provided details.
During first week of November she asked for updated bank statement and bank letter.I shared the bank letter which I used for my Ontario Nomination four months back along with updated FD certificates. She didnt even checked those documents once for almost 2 weeks and on last friday she came back to me asking for updated bank letter.
To obtain bank letter requires few days and I was able to get it from bank only today. And today she infomed me that the profile got expired and I had to wait for next draw. The team had almost two months with them and they were waiting for the last day to complete the process, which is totally unacceptable.
Even on 12 th november after saring the requested details I had dropped her a mail asking if there is any pending documents and I dont understand what she was doing all these time.
I want proper action to be taken and need assurance that my case will be submitted during next draw. Otherwise I need to have complete refund of your fees as well as the amount I paid for OINP. If you need my trial mails I can share that too.
