Vishal Mega Mart — Compaint agianst your employee | |||
Dear Sir I am a regular customer of vishal mega mart Muktsar Punjab.I visited your mall today evening about 7:15pm. As i spent about one hour selecting about items worth two thousand for my baby girl and came to the billing counter.the cashier told us to wait as they were manually making the bills.we waited about 20 more minutes there in a regular line for billing. Even there were four billing counters but only two of the employees were deducting the bill.other counters were also vacant.but as our bill was being made.the cashier had made half of the bill, the FMCG-DM name Kabul singh employee code 91736 as told by the above mentioned employee ordered the cashier not to make the bill further. We reuested hime that we have spent our previous time as we are also employees.but he has such a rude behaiviour that he said do as you all can.all the 50 customers were really disappointerd by the foolish bahaivour of your employee. No one even announced that today billing may not be possible so that our time would not have been wasted. Being a welwishing customer of vishal i would request you to take a disciplinary action against this employee kabul singh.So that the customers may not face problems in future.
