Vishal Mega Mart — Discounted rate not applied

Dear sir/ma’am,

I purchased some items from vishal mega mart tesi puliya location lucknow vide invoice no.[protected] dt 18.12.2022 with invoice amount rs. 1245/-

At the time of item checking in home I found that the amount of rs. 128 charged from me for item code [protected] Home ninja in cistern toilet blocks whereas this item was on discounted rate as rs 69 which is already printed on item also

Then why did you charge mrp amount from me?

Same as above i purchased 2 pack of rs 35 mrp bikano kaju mixture from the buy 1 get 1 free counter but at the time of billing you have charged ra 60 instead of rs 35. Why???

This is embarrassing that if i do not check it at home you charge more than the offer amount

This is not good.

Many of the customers do not match items amount with bill amount, its not meaning you will charge more than the applicable amount.

I am not from lucknow so how can we go to your outlet how can i get refund of the same.

And if we did not receive refund or credit note I will not shopping at your outlet again
