Vishal Mega Mart — Not exchanging faulty product

I have purchased the emergency torch with fan on 10/6/215 from Vishal mega mart near dilaram bazar rajpur road dehradun. On next day product becomes faulty we return the product on 12/6/2015. Manager is not exchanging the product so we left the product on Vishal megamart. I request you to please register the complain against manager and sales executive. Please return the good product or cash back or we will be sending and registering complaint with consumer court.
