Vishal Mega Mart — return exchange

Hi team,

With reference to above subject today i have more disappointed with your people.
I purchased one t-shirt for my dad 20days before unfortunately the size was not suitable so i plan to exchange the t-shirt but your staff told within 15days only exchange option available now it's not allowed.

Front side of the bill terms & condition is not displayed. I purchased other branches also but there treat the customer very politely here totally opposite.

Anyway the brand name of vishalmart has slightly going to disappeared.
