Vishal Mega Mart — very poor service in muktsar store

Dear Sir/Madam My self Ankur Batra from Sri Muktsar Sahib, yesterday i visit your vishal megha mart, i wit for half an hour billing because Mr. Dharmveer Singh not made my bill of Rs.25/- only. he refuse it because bill amount is less, i request him to make payment 02 or 03 times but he ignore. no store incharge was available their, at last i demand complaint box but boys said their is no complaint box you directly call to store incharge. then i demand feedback form i fill it(copy attached) AND DEMANDING DROP BOX GATE MAN REFUSE TO GIVE THE BOX N SAY GIVE IT TO ME I SHOW IT TO STORE INCHARGE BUT I REFUSE TO HAND OVER TO HIM.
