I registered for the eddts portal but didn't get OTP to verify my phone number. So that I'm unable to access eddts portal to apply for provisional degree certificate. Mar 22, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved Finally I received the OTP AND PASSWORD.
I would suggest email to [email protected] and they will send you the OTP within 24 hours to your email address.
Also, If your in Canada or USA then always try to access the eddts website during Indian day time and then try to register. There is a possibility that you will receive the OTP. if not mail above email address and they will send you the OTP.
