I have purchased spectacles on 14/07/2019 n received on 20/08/2019.
In feb 2020, frame was broken, but was unable to go to store for complaint due to my father death. After that in March lockdown started. I complained about the same on 26/04/2020 to [protected]@visionexpress.in
as I got sms from vision express but not received any reply till now.
Yesterday I visited vision express store but they refuse to replace.
I am expecting that here matter will be resolved.
