I have an unfair experience today evening (November 2, 2020) at the Vision Express showroom @ Chanda Nagar Hyderabad Manager Name: Chandrashekhar.
The spectacle frame has been deformed and visited this showroom(Purchased from here) for getting it fixed but the manager has mishandled the frame in the process of fixing it and when I questioned him, his response is there is a risk that the frame might break in this process and we are not responsible if this breaks or damaged and gave me the damaged frame stating rudely this cannot be fixed and Vision express is not responsible for this.
When I purchased this frame from this branch, they explained 2 years warranty for this frame and explained these can be very flexible and reliable but which is not meeting expectations and with simple use this frame is always becoming deformed (Loose).
Kindly let me know where I should be contacted to get my frame fixed i.e. any responsible Vision Express Showroom near Miyapur Hyderabad area.
Want to complain about the rude behavior of the Manager and foul words using by him while speaking to me. Is this the way Managers are trained and allowed to respond to the customers visiting Vision Express Showrooms? Hope you will address this issue for your Brands reputation because I have been a customer for 5 years and this created a negative impression for future purchases from Vision Express.
