Vista Technologies — Wrong item delievered and no response from the selleter

I ordered Fitsense smartwatch by paying Rs. 1799 to the above company and received a fraud item (a small glass container with some unknown seeds as shown in the photo)

When I compliant, I was told that the watch will be delivered soon. But so far it is not delivered and when I try to contact them, there is no response.

Please do the needful and punish such kind of fraud sellers. I attached the following information 1) confirmation after payment 2) my payment receipt and 3) wrong item delivery
