This is regarding booking reference number WPQBZV.
Was speaking to Chitra Singh ( a customer care executive ), who kept me waiting on the call for more than an hour without any resolution despite of the resolution promised to me on the earlier call by another customer executives ( Ashish who had resolved the query a day before and mentioned that the ticket in the next two hours the day before ) since there was an error made by the customer care executive of Vistara and that the tickets will be issued in the next two hours ( please go through the call recordings as evidence ). It is very shameful of the kind of service provided by Vistara customer care. Going back on your words is a very shameful act and I have lost trust in Vistara. Please look into this matter and provide me with a resolution at the earliest. Further, if this is the level of service which Vistara has stooped down to then I do not mind exposing this on social media and also further escalating this to the senior most management of Vistara and Tatas.
