I am writing to express my disappointment with the way my baggage was handled during my recent flight with your airline. On my flight from Mumbai to Kolkata on April 28, 2023, my baggage was mishandled, resulting in complete damage to my bag.
I would like to bring to your attention that my luggage was handed over to me in an extremely damaged state and broken beyond repair. I was shocked to see the state of my bag and it was extremely distressing to go through such a situation.
I reported the issue to your customer service team at the airport, and I was offered a compensation of Rs. 5, 000 for the damage caused to my belongings. While I appreciate your efforts to compensate for the damage caused, I would like to bring to your attention that the compensation amount of Rs. 5, 000 is not sufficient to cover the loss incurred.
I would like to request you to review my case and reconsider the compensation amount. I hope you can understand my situation and take the necessary steps to address my concern.
