We booked flight from Bhuvaneshwar to Chandigarh on 14th jan Flight No UK789, the flight got delayed by 3hrs from 1.15 to 4.15 then at 3.14pm am complaining you, still now they are saying the flight who will come and take us, has not depart from Delhi, it will take minimum 2hrs, now the next connecting flight boarding is at 8.05Pm, when I am asking if I can’t catch the flight, who will refund, they are saying you have to complain to customer care of Amazon, as you have booked ticket through them according to BISWARANJAN, station Manager. THis type of mental harassment they are doing with us and also the flight charges are going waste now, so I need a mental harassment charges of 1L and also flight charges of 19k .My Ticket no is PNR6VFXWN .SAMPRITI Barman
Subhabrata Sarkar.My parents are old and they are sick, and they are doing these, there was seat available in the flight which went sometimes before to Delhi, requesting so many at 10am, they didn’t bother .VISTARA
