Vistara — Non Payment of claims submitted towards delayed baggage

I flew Vistara on 8Mar on PNR 23KXYN from Frankfurt to Delhi and on arrival in Delhi the baggage did arrive. i checked and the Vistara ground staff asked me to raise a complaint and i got a PIR ref. i also called their call center and the agent confirmed that i will get reimbursements for the claims for the essentials items i buy for daily use. i did the same and submitted the claims and now Vistara is saying the baggage was held by customs. when i asked them to show the documents and communications that the airlines had with the customs dept they said they are trying to get that across. seems like a trick they are using not to honor the claims. the PIR ref is DELUK21053
