Vistara is not refunding my money for a ticket dated 27th June 2020. I was to as per covid 19 policy relevant at the time when I was supposed to travel, and I was told by customer representatives repeatedly that AUTOMATIC REFUND will happen if I don't cancel the tickets by 31st March 2021. I have been calling for the past three months asking for refund. I have provided all bank details, mailed the custrelations, special services and the contactus mail IDs many times. I have been asked to always wait for another 48 hours for confirmation mail from th #Refunds department to which the case has been escalated to. But no response from their side.
I have been on hold while calling the helpline for 45 minutes and even 1.5 hours. Do you care about customers in general? Are we supposed to enjoy such fraudulent behaviour? If you plan to not return our money, atleast make your intentions clear rather than make a fool out of customers for three months. We can take up th matter legally. Was this information helpful? |
