Vistara — Regarding rebooking for Flight cancellation during lockdown

Hi,

I had booking for 14 April 2020 from Mumbai to Hyderbad though online in economy lite, but due to lockdown booking got cancelled. Then I rebooked using customer care number on 5th May 2020, but your customer care executive did not informed anything and booked my flight in economy standard. Which is completely wrong and cheating of your customer. Now when I was trying to book from Hyderbad to mumbai I came to know my rebooking done in economy standard and it can be downgrade. Which is misleading your customer by Vistara by not giving full information. I need approval to downgrade or please help us to get my money back.
