Now I am not only getting proper service but Mr. Rahul Agarwal, who has assured me full cooperation & smooth service, is not even bothering to attend my phone call and also not responding to my mails. Is it not pure cheating with the registered member. Therefore may I request you to take justified action against them or ask for refund of my money with suitable & justified compensation for inconvenience and harassment caused to me .

The matrimony officials should also take necessary action to maintain the ethical behaviour by taking action against their irresponsible official to gain the cofidence of the customer.
