Vivek — Gear hold breaking off

Hi there. my name is vivekananth vasudevan who owns a beat from 2011. In the last 6 months i see that the cover on the gear rod is breaking into pieces and falling off. Its extremely irritating and shows how terrible the quality of the plastic used is. When i showed this to your showroom in coimbatore they said that they cannot do anything about it. It is clearly a manufacturing defect as there is no way that i can mishandle the gear rod.
