Viveks India — Ac service pathetic service | |||
Hi Sir/Madam, I have requested for my AC service on 29th April. But no body came for the service. Again I have made another request for the same service for 20th May. Technician came and within 5 mins he told there is an issue with GAS leak. He suggested to take the AC unit to the service center. Now today (22nd May), i have called 3 times for the same and customer service people are telling they will come on 24th May to take the AC unit and it may take 15 days to resolve the issue. In this hot condition, almost it took 1 month for Vivek to check my AC and now i have to wait for 20 days to get the complete service. Huh Pathetic..
