From, a.N. Saffier I bought a o general split ac from vivek lmited, manapakkam, chennai-125. I bought it in 29/03/2015 . My a.C model ;asga18ftta .Reg.Name: my ac is not in a proper working condition and i have complaint to the service center of o general.They registered my complaint and a technician came to check and he just simply cleaned the filters and left and henceforth there has been the repeated same problem of poor cooling then again i have also registered my complaint the technician attended then again he just cleaned the filters and the machine worked hardly for three to four nights that too with low effect of cooling but again the problem resists i feel that they have given an old poor conditioned air conditioner because its been just a year since i purchased this and there has been a repeating complaints about the machine.We are shocked and didnt expect this kind of sales and services from you, it has been a kind of routine work.We had keep on filing such complaints and no response comes from other side.Requesting you to address this problem at the earliest as soon as possible Thanking you, Mobile no;[protected] Mail id : [protected]@gmail.com Registered name:r sudha Was this information helpful? | |||||
