Viveks India — Voltas 1.5 inverter ac/new product not working | |||
Hi, I purchased voltas 1.5 inventor a/c (183 vey) on sunday (7th august 2016) from the warehouse sale. the ac was delivered in my house on monday morning and installation happened on wednesday late evening (around 6.30 pm). the ac did not work after the installation and the technician told as it was very late, he would come the next day morning to fix it. The next morning after my follow up the technician came to my house and check the ac unit. he updated that the outdoor unit is not working and a replacement product will be given. Until now (friday evening), there is no response either from viveks or home center on when the product will be delivered. when we reached out to the customer care, they are not sure about the when the product will be delivered. The most frustrating part is taking ownership and accountability and set the right expectation. every time when i call the customer care, they tell that they will get back to us in another 1 hour and no body will contact us. Now, i am sliding and advising my friends/family towards purchasing these type of product in online and through these dealer, as we dont get a proper feedback and service from them.
