Viveks India — Worst service from Viveks Homeserve | |||||
Hi, I have taken AMC for my Voltas Inverter AC from Homeserve - Viveks Raised a request on 15th April 2017 and till date no one had visited or called. I am fed up calling to the customer care team. When contacted the Customer care manager she had assured me to send the technician. But as usual no one had called or visited. If you guys cant provide service why do you take AMC?? Purchased on 30th April at Vivek's tambaram, yet to come for installation. infromed call centre also . no response yet.
