Viveks — My split air conditioner repair | |||
Viveks home serve has taken my indoor and out door unit of split a / c on 26. 06. 2015, saying gas leak and it has to be taken to workshop for filling. Today the 7th july 2015, since 12 days are over, i don't what has happened to my a / c. I have spoken to so called customer care unit may times, telling my story of a / c when it was taken for workshop. But immediate response they we will inform to the concerned department and till now i don't know what has happened my unit. But on 01. 07. 2015, i got sms stating that the service charge is rs. 3020 for my job no. It is rediculas and viveks home serve are cheating and i think they have sold my unit and made money. I advice my dear friends and to all citizens of india, don't go for any amc with the cheat vivekes home serve, Still my a / c is ??? / Until this type of cheat viveks home serve are in our country, this country will never come up in the field of service.
