VKC Group — Chapple problem

hai i purchased the chapple model no VKC-3065 as on 17/07/2014. now the chapple becomes damaged.i was gone to shop they send me to main dealer SALEEM COIMBATORE(VKC DEALER). they are also not give a proper answer.If you told bike kicking damage the chapple then i will not put kick i drive only cycle. please take nessary action sir. i attach some photos
